Today is just the beginning

Wow...first time running was August 12 (just over a Km and was very proud of that), 5 1/2 weeks later I ran 4K for the first time, took 45 minutes but did it very slow and steady. Now with only one week after that I have made a point to run an average of 3-5 x/week, I ran 4K and have shaved 10 minutes off that time...this time 25 minutes. My goal of 5K in under 30 minutes, does not seem out of reach anymore. YEAH...I am absolutely experiencing a 'Runners High' right now!
