Running For Fitness has a few great tools:

Pace Charts - This running pace calculator can help you calculate your pace per mile or your pace per kilometer over a given distance.

Race Time Equivalent Calculator - Allows you to predict how fast you can run a certain distance based on a recent race time for another distance (e.g, given your current 5K time, what are you likely to run for 10K?)

Split Times Calculator - Get a list of what your time should be at each mile of a race. Very handy to stay on track to your pace.

Age Grade Calculator: Howard Grubb's calculator is a handy tool if your a masters, seniors runner, etc. looking to see how you would stack up against younger runners.



Map My Run: This is really cool especially if you don't have one of those GPS running watches.
