Distance Running Tips Senior (50-59) team took first place at the Hyannis Marathon Relay in Massachusetts on February 25, 2007. In fact we "old timers" beat all the masters teams as well. :) Relay races are a blast. If you haven't done one yet... consider it as you will have an amazing time. Team members from left: Franc Karpo, Mike Hovagimian, Reno Stirrat and Barry Camille. A really cool thing about this race is that division winners get artistically painted seashells instead of the usual medals. :)
