Happiness

by Muraleetharan
(China)

I am now mid thirties. When I was small I was a sport man. I was in a good shape and body did what I command.

After 18 years old I concentrated in studies and I stopped doing exercise until 28. I got a job and had free time to do exercise. However I had a lot of personal problem which I could not overcome myself.

The only thing I wanted to do was exercise everyday. But when I started running only I realize these are not my legs.

I easily tired within a short distance. Since I am overweight I could not run properly.

I was so upset about this.

I came to China for a job and I had free time in the evening so I started doing simple exercise and increased my exercise every day. I started running with short distances.

I take care of my diet and run every day.

I feel so happy and I never bother about any problems in my life.

Everything looks easy and I'm in good shape, so my friends started to follow me too.

Now I can run 4km without stopping but slowly.

After running I feel so happy.

Still I am overweight, and at times struggle with controlling my eating habits, but I don't take fatty food much.

However I want to improve further in running and reduce my weight.
