Free Running Tips From The Distance Running Tips Community
Even though we have a ton of free running tips and training advice on this web site, we thought it would be great to have our visitors submit their very own free running tips and experiences. That's right - we would love to hear from you. And the really cool part is when you submit your story... it becomes 'live' on our site and you will have created your own web page. We can all learn and benefit from each other! This is a win-win for the running community. :-) Each month we will select the 'story of the month', (with help from readers comments) that best represents the 'spirit of running' and we'll feature the story on our web site as well as a free month of personalized coaching! OK, so get out your pens, (OK keyboard :-) and type away. We look forward to having your story be a part of the Distance Running Tips Community! Congratulations to September's winner... Have You Ever Thought About... Why You Run?
Really have you ever thought about why you run?
Is it to compete? To lose weight?
We would LOVE to hear about the reasons why you run.
We've decided to turn this into a contest. The gang here at DRT will select the story that best represents the 'spirit of running' to receive one FREE MONTH OF PERSONALIZED COACHING! ($125 value.)
Entries close on October 31, so if you want a shot at free coaching, you'll need to submit your story before the end of the month.
Having our readers post 'Why They Run' will also inspire and motivate all runners!
