Every Run Is A Perfect Run

AS I look back at why I started to run in the first place there were many reasons, an escape, lose weight to be a better person. I have had perfect runs where everything just seems to flow, breathing, a rhythm in my steps that was like music. By mile 8 my creative juices are really flowing... I am a writer, a poet, a philospher. Mile 10 and beyond I am my own therapist finding a peaceful resolution to a problem. Mile 13 I am an amazing kenyan athlete, and I can acomplish anything, when in reality I am a 40 year old housewife who runs 9 miniute miles over long distances. I have have been so tired I could'nt take another step, it's good listen to your body, it tells you exactly what you need. Please remember to take rest you will come back even stronger, faster and better. So many runners don't take time for rest. 12 to 16 weeks training with up to a week off. You will be able to have more perfect runs. There is no such thing as luck, so be awesome.
