Dream

by Robert
(Apple Valley, California)

I'm 15, I just finished my sophomore year of Cross country. I'm disappointed with my season. I was injured for half of the season with bad knees. My knees didn't track right. My fastest time on my home course was 19:23. A little disappointed I missed being an alternate. When I was little I always wanted to be really good in sports, but I never found a sport right for me. When I started to run I loved it. I always wanted to be on varsity and run and be my best. Its the off season now so I can train hard. But I have no idea how to train. Please help!!
